Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis if you agree to it during the purchase. You may cancel your Subscription and you will not be charged after your cancellation date. No refunds are issued except in special circumstances. What constitutes the special circumstances will be determined at our sole discretion.

Content and Use

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material including law-binding tax documents ("Content"). You are solely responsible for the correctness of this Content and whether you are allowed to use or produce it.

You further acknowledge and agree that Pabloware shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through the Service.

Without denying the above, total responsibility of Pabloware (or its directors, owners, traders, employees) is limited to 1 (one) month Subscription cost of the Service most recently paid by user to Pabloware. In case of users who did not pay for the Service (used the free trial period), the total responsibility is limited to 1 (one) GBP.

Pabloware has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
